People Savi was founded in 2014 to bring a different perspective to businesses in managing their people. Working with leaders to get them to think differently and challenge the status quo. Louise is passionate about identifying and enabling potential both in businesses and in people and supporting them to develop and grow. 

 

Natalie joined People Savi in 2020, having worked with Louise previously 10 years ago. Together, Louise and Natalie work in synergy to provide an approachable, creative and friendly HR service.

 

Overall, our goal is to provide great customer service, make complex challenges easy to understand and provide a solution to any people challenge. We believe that through every crisis there is an opportunity and we are most happy when we can make a positive impact. 

 

Where Louise likes being in the sea and finds the waves calming, Natalie likes her feet firmly on dry land. Located in Filey, both are possible! Our differences make the perfect team. Louise is strategic and has extensive experience in change management including organisational restructuring and cost savings and Natalie is all about detail having led HR compliance, developed HR systems and implemented process.
